Upon graduation from the University of South Florida, Ed became the youngest ever Executive Director within Lifeline International, a worldwide network of Christian-based 24 hour crisis lines located in more than 150 cities on four continents. During his five years of leadership in Tampa, Ed doubled the size of the organization and added five auxiliary ministries.  Thousands of people’s lives were changed and hundreds came to Christ through the organization’s influence and the power of the Holy Spirit.

In 1987, Ed joined Dale Carnegie Training as a Training Consultant and Instructor, where he applied his successful leadership and training experience from the ministry and the nonprofit world.  For 14 years, Ed worked with CEO’s, business owners and managers from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies to help increase their bottom line profits and measurably improve the performance of their people.  In 1992, Ed was promoted to Sales Manager and Director of Instruction in the areas of sales training, management development, customer service, and high-impact speaking skills.

Prior to joining C12 in 2005, Ed operated his own business development company, working primarily with business owners and their teams to improve sales and leadership skills.  He also helped a start-up company successfully launch its product into major Florida and Atlanta wholesale markets, effectively positioning them while expanding sales and market share.

Ed brings over 25 years of wide-ranging, proven experience to Tampa Bay Area C12 members, helping them to reach their companies' business goals and ministry objectives.
